Guessing The official, who suspects, or trying to guess or read the minds of the other person does not pay attention to what customers say, and simply does not trust their words. Trying to guess what the client "really" thinks or feels. Such guesses, hunches, "intuitive" and unclear reasons have nothing to do with what the customer actually says.
